I have lost total motivation.... I was doing pretty good, going to the gym, eating right, and I had even stop drinking coke....I now haven't been to the gym in 6 weeks, I am still eating right but I starting drinking coke yet again... I am totally disappointed in myself. Please Help!!!!

20 LBS lost that is awesome man, im not sure what to say besides just just back in there, its easy to back into a routine once you get the first few days under your belt, after a week or so of being back in the gym not going to the gym for 6 straight weeks will not even be a option0

Get off your *kitten* and get outside. If you can't stick with the gym, go walking, go running, do the twist, hoola hoop (take video and post here if you do :devil: ), whatever. Get up, get out and friggin' get with the program, any program.
And step away from the soda. Your liver is going to thank you when you are older and it's still functioning.
You can do this. You can get motivated. You deserve to be healthy and happy and keep that 20 lbs off.
So go, go now and do your workout!0
