I have been dieting and exercising for a little over a month and I have lost 12 lbs. However for the last 3 weeks I have been stuck at 215 and the scale doesn't seem to want to move from there. Anyone have any ideas on what I am doing wrong?

I would suggest making your food diary public (http://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/diary_settings). It's a good place to start looking for possible reasons.0

It is way to soon to analyze why your at a stand still .... Chances are you might be over estimating your exercise and under estimating your your calories. You may need to change up your regimen a bit ... add more veggies / proteins / whole Grains. Are you doing Cardio ~ vs ~ Weights / Strength Training ? You need to do both.
