Which brand is good to buy as far as protein shakes when you are weight lifting?

    I like GNC products, they have variety of flavors and different blends depending on what you're looking for. I don't do any serious lifting, just some strength training for weight loss, but I like the unflavored 100% whey protein. No artificial flavors, no artificial sweeteners.
