Stopping your HRM

OK, so when do you stop your HRM? Immediately after your workout? or Once your hear rate goes back to normal? Which is better?

Doesn't matter all that much, just so long as you are consistent with it.
I stop mine as soon as I'm done. I want to know now many cals (approximately, since it's just an estimate) I burn while working out... not while warming up, working out, and cooling down.0
