Tips for working out sick
I have a cold :sad: I feel icky and tired. However I just started the 30 day shred with no room for a day off. I must workout today. It is level 1 day 5 and I have to do it. Looking for tips on how to get through it. Should I medicate an hour or so before or just do it and do the best I can?
