How are they set up?

I have 9lbs to go before I hit my goal weight and the more I read the more I question what I am doing. I mean what I have been doing has been working but is it right?

When I am redoing my goals....If I set my activity to light I get 1320 calories per day however if I set it to sedentary I get 1200.

I am 5'5 139lbs and my normal day consists of get up with the kids and go to work, I work at the computer but am up moving around as I take my 2 year old with me. When I get home I do some housework, make supper and get the kids ready for bed. At night I exercise and relax on the computer and watch TV. I am usually in bed around 11pm and up at 7. I have my exercise set to lower 2 days at 30 mins because I figure anything above it bonus and that is a minimum.

What is the best way to set it up? For exercise I ONLY add true exercise, never cleaning or normal daily stuff. If I strap on my HRM for Just Dance or a long walk that is what I record.

My daily activity should be sedentary or light? I guess I am confused here because changing this changes my allowable calories.

Also wanted to add that I am set to lose 1lb a week.

Err on the side of caution, monitor progress, and you can always relax things later!

Thanks. I am looking for HOW to set them up though.

I guess I don't understand how it is calculated really.....like if you select light activity should you record some but not all exercise?

For people that have it set to light...what do they record?
For people that have it set to sedentary ...what do they record?

If I set mine to sedentary I get

    Net Calories Consumed* / Day 1,200 calories/day
From Normal Daily Activity 1,670 calories/day
    Daily Calorie Deficit 470 calories

    If I change to light

    Net Calories Consumed* / Day 1,310 calories/day
From Normal Daily Activity 1,810 calories/day
    Daily Calorie Deficit 500 calories

I am just not sure how it should be set up.
