Something to do in the morning and before bed like crunches. Something that will help tighten everything!
I can look up all kinds but how do I go about it? Like how many reps of each and how many of each.

Is anyone following something similar they are willing to share or a site that offers a routine?

I do cardio but just want something that feels like I an toning more.

Try the discovery national body challenge there are a bunch of area specific routines on there with Gillad most are 6-8 mins long and target core, arms shoulders back... they will work it out for you. it takes a few minutes to set up but it puts together some great little workouts.

You could try a pilates dvd, that involves lots of core and toning, and by following along to a routine it takes out the guess work of how long, how much, etc. Bodyrock.tv also has tons of workouts that are challenging and definitely would tone you up. They're not too long and work you hard. As for the pilates dvds, many have things like 'express' options or shortened options that last 10-20 minutes. Hope this helps!

Thanks. I plan to start a pilates "game" on the wii but just wanted something like:

Do x crunches for x reps or x long
Do x pushups for x reps or x long

Just something that I can do here and there as I feel like it. Not sure what they best say 5 exercise would be and how many reps or how many to be benefical.

Also at work I can't really access a DVD/TV or my Wii however I can sneak in some quick toning exercise ;)

If you want different types of pushups/sit ups I could message you a variety and how many I do of them! I have some that I run through as 'extras' outside of my regular workouts.
