Cracking Eggs
I eat an egg white omelette (with spinach and bacon) almost every morning. Almost every morning I have at least 1 bit of shell in my omelette. How can you crack an egg so a piece of shell is less likely to sneak in? I always check the bowl but I can never find the culprit!

Just A Question
Okay I am REALLY not trying to sound like a mean person here! People are ALWAYS on the forums saying "I've just started MFP and I can't eat 1200 calories a day, it's too much!".
