What should I track?

At the moment I track cals (obviously lol), protein, carbs and fat. What else should I be tracking?

    I'd say fiber and sodium. You need to make sure you're getting enough fiber to maintain a healthy digestive system, and make sure you don't consume too much sodium as it causes you to retain water, which means weight gain!
