Going shopping very soon, quick recommendations for things to try? Only food please, I hate drinking my calories away!

    look up what I had for breakfast (spiced pear & ricotta on toast).

    It's really filling and very yummy.

    So pick up some low fat ricotta (you can use it in pancakes and sauces too).
  • Hmm my list is usually:
    greek yogurt
    meat
    muenster cheese <--- YUM

    i make baked bananas a lot too. So i make sure im stocked on bananas, honey, and cinnamon

    Eggs, Black Beans, Butternut squash (make em into squash oven baked fries of goodness), Salmon, Tuna, Frozen Brocolli and Frozen Spinach. (i just prefer the taste of the frozen versions of both of those).
