Feeling lightheaded every time I get up
I am at 2100 calories for the day, and I was at 1800something yesterday for food, which is my norm. I have noticed the last few days, every time I stand up, I get light headed and feel like fainting. Does anyone have an idea of why?

Does Consistency matter?
I am wondering, I tend to do better with my weight loss when I am consistently in a 500 calorie deficit. Is it less effective to have a day at maintenance, a day at -700 deficit, at -200 deficit, etc?

TDEE -500cal, NO WEIGHT LOSS!
As the subject states...I am using Bodymedia Armband and taking a 500 calorie deficit. I am not losing weight anymore...so what would you do to get things moving again? Note - Start weight was 250lbs...Currently at 186.4lbs and aiming for 140-150lbs.
