Alright, so I have no butt. I have just discovered that I am able to do squats now that my knees have been able to work since losing weight. I want to do squats, but I have no idea how many I should do and how to do them (with or without weights).
So I can do tons of squats with no weights, except it takes doing at least 50 to start to feel like my legs are getting a work out, so I figure I would add weight. I don't want to get a gym membership just to use the squat rack, so I am wondering about how I would go about adding weight at home. How can I make squats harder?
