I purchased a bodymedia link armband about a month ago. I finally have been losing weight again after a brutal 9 month plateau/slow weight loss (maybe .5 of a pound a month...if i was lucky)
So right now, I am at -500 off of my TDEE, and I have been losing about .5-1lb a month. I am thinking I could possibly speed this up a bit, since I have about 48 more lbs to lose. (Currently, I am 5'7 at 198.4lbs)
Do you think I should decrease my calories, increase my calories, or leave it as is?
BTW - After getting my bodymedia armband, I realized that I was undereating by A LOT...which probably explained my lack of weight loss for the 9 months.
