Does Consistency matter?

I am wondering, I tend to do better with my weight loss when I am consistently in a 500 calorie deficit. Is it less effective to have a day at maintenance, a day at -700 deficit, at -200 deficit, etc?

It makes ABSOLUTELY zero difference. Your weekly calorie deficit is really more important than your daily calorie deficit.0
