VACATION!!

Like many, I am taking off to a tropical paradise in the next few days. I am increasingly starting to feel more nervous...especially regarding my eating/exercise.

I am not going to track, but I want to know what are some ideas/tips when going away to an all inclusive resort to keep calories under control??

    When I went on vacation I ate what I wanted and just did more physically. I found that I tended to splurge during dinner but stayed pretty close to what I normally ate for breakfast and lunch. I came back with a 2lb gain but dropped that within the week of being back.

    Enjoy yourself and don't worry too much about gaining. Just get back on track on your return.

    When I go on vacation, I try to listen to my body. I eat when I'm hungry, stop when I'm full and indulge a little. It's always worked for me. I hope you have a good Time!
