Ok, I am set up for 1950 calories. I worked out and according to my HRM, I burnt 740 calories.
I am NOT supposed to eat any of these calories back?

Do you normally exercise that much/ at that intensity?
If not, eat some of the extra if you're hungry.0 -
Most days (5/week) I burn at least 500 calories, typical would be around 600.
According to that scooby website, I put my activity as 5-6 days a week at intense levels.
Then if i understand correctly, it should have incorporated that into the 20% deficit from my TDEE.
Ahh i am just so nervous about eating too much or not enough now!0 -
Calm :flowerforyou: I would eat the 150 extra calories if you're hungry.0
