when did you really see results? was it in burn, push, lean or lean for life? lifting and gaining inches :(
i started lifting 6 weeks ago doing chalean extreme, the 1st 30 days i stayed the same measurement wise and weight but seen very very subtle changes. mine is set to 40-30-30 and that gives me 140 carbs a day. ok, on my package of oatmeal it says 150 cals for 1/2 cup ( 40 grams). now is that 40 grams of cooked or uncooked? when i followed the recipe it was 3 cups water and 1.5 cups oatmeal. i got 6 1/2 cup servings cooked.... so i put 1 cup into 3 containers.
