breakfast suggestion....

i chnage it up all the time, cereal, eggs, etc but mostly during the week i like to have oatmeal b/c it keeps me full longer till i can make my break time to have a snack. what other breakfast items are there that will keep me just as full as oatmeal? I am not much of a meat eater, so ham, etc won't be considered. I find the days i do eggs, etc i am hungry 1 hr later :(
