My dr sent in a request for me to see a endo dr finally and they said i would receive a letter in the mail with my appt. It's been over a month now and still haven't heard? how long have most of you waited to get a appt and finally get int o see a dr?

well son's biopsy came back celiacs...
well we finally got his results almost a month later. He is in fact does have celiacs. Now i guess the next step is seeing the nutritionist and see what happens from there. is this the norm
I was on sedentary for cals since the beginning of the year and now i am starting a new job today and i switched it to lightly active. I was surprised it only gave me a extra 110 cals? is this the norm, have many of you experienced only a small difference in your cals when switching?

the difference with gluten sensitive / intolerance?
my son had blood work and it came back positive for i guess celiacs, he goes for a biopsy of friday. hit my goal but now have no boobs :(

well had a dr appt finally today and she finally upped my dose and is sending me to a endo dr :) yeah, after months of feeling like crap again. i am at the max dose that she will allow me to be on with seeing a endo.... i sure hope i get in to see one soon and they can figure out what is wrong with me!

water weight while exercising
when i started on here in nov, i started exercising 5 days a week 30-60 min a day. My weightloss was super slow even though i thought that was the way to do it. i went onto http://www.linear-software.com/online.html today and checked out my numbers. they showed 25.90% BF 32.38 lbs of BF and 92.62 lean body weight.. what does all that really mean? what should me lean body weight be more towards?
