another one confused if i should eat net or gross?

ok, i have been kinda hitting a flat point again, stuck for a good 2 weeks now, not even a o.2 up or down.. the very same each day... i know i know i should weigh daily but i like to see how my body reacts to different foods, etc. i know you fluctuate daily and i always do except the last 2 weeks, i have been the exact same each day, which is very strange for me.... i am only 5 lbs away from my goal now as well. I used to eat 1200 and ate my exercise cals back, then i hit another plateau in jan, so i upped my cals to 1350-1400 and it worked. Then in may i upped them again to 1400-1500 but i wasn't doing planned exercises at all, so i just ate 1400-1500 gross. now that i am stuck again i am not knowing what to do. i have re started my 30ds dvd and doing that 5 days a week. and know i might need to decrease my cals again as i can't up them as 1600 is maintance for me... 1326 is my bmr according to this site : www.quickbmr.com but mfp is 1215...???? should i just go back to 1400 but what do i do about my exercise cals? eat them back or just eat 1400 cals as i only burn 159 doing the dvd? not sure what to do to spark thing and stop things from hitting a plateau mode in the next while.....

    ur bmr is 1326?

    whats ur tdee? find out and do a 15-20% cut from there

    yes that was my bmr, see the thing is i am not completely sedentary but not quite lightly active so i went in between the both. sedentary is 1591 and lightly active was 1823... so between 1352 and 1549, that is why i chose 1400, in between but do i just eat 1400 gross then and just log my 30 min exercise and not eat that back?
