help me decide on which jm dvd to do next.

i have done 30 ds once and i am on it for the second time and i have done ripped in 30 as well. I do have bad knees so i am trying to figure out which one will be best for me to do next? hopefully one with less exercises like burpees, plank jacks, etc I was thinking of maybe no more trouble zones or banish fat, boost metabolism... what are your thoughts....???? i would love to stick with a short one again 30 min and under but i think i may be out of luck?

i really need to bring my BF% down a bit more. i don't have access to a gym nearby or have heavy weights at home....not sure how to acheive these results, so thought a different dvd might help?
