when do you know ( thyroid ?)

when do you know if you have gone from hypo to hyper? what would your levels need to be?

    I personally know when my thyroid medication is set too high because my breasts and arms feel weird. If it's really high my chest hurts.

    I gained 30 pounds in 3 months! Have a blood test you will know right away.

    oh i know, you gain when hypo. i have been hypo for 20 years. but i finally got my dose upped in june only for the second time ever.... i finally feel GREAT but when i looked at my results that i took in sept my t3 and t4 are higher then the normal range but my tsh is finally at a good place... that i why i was wondering. what would the levels be to be hyper?
