how do you figure out your ideal weight?
i checked out 2 sites and it showed: lean body mass 95.694 body fat weight: 34.306 BF% 26.389 another site showed 26.07 for BF% so now what do i do to figure out what a ideal weight is for my 5.2 height? i know i am now in a healthy range and bmi as well. what should i aim my bf% at too? any suggestions will be nice :)

ok, am i getting this right... tdee and bmr...
ok, i checked on a site for my tdee ( as i have been stuck for 2.5 months with no loss) and it shows it should be 1620 ( from this site: http://www.fitnessfrog.com/calculators/tdee-calculator.html ), my bmr is 1350 on that site ( on mfp it's 1252???) so in order to see a loss i can only do a 250 cal loss not a 500 cal loss…

why do i gain weight with 30 ds?
i did 30 ds in dec... i lost no lbs, actually gained 3. by the end of week 2 i lost 1 inch off my waist and 2 off my belly and hips. that was it for the whole 30 days.
