lean body mass 95.694
body fat weight: 34.306
BF% 26.389 another site showed 26.07 for BF%

so now what do i do to figure out what a ideal weight is for my 5.2 height? i know i am now in a healthy range and bmi as well. what should i aim my bf% at too? any suggestions will be nice :)

It depends on what you want to look like. for a woman, 15% is pretty much as low as you can safely go. This website has some pictures of what sub-20 looks like on a woman.

I'm in the neighborhood of 23% right now. How a certain % will look on you REALLY depends on your body type. I have no clue what your age is, but under 30 can go lower than over 30. 20% is currently my goal, but the more I look, the more I think that 18% might be more fun, that's typically where you get abs.

Oh and to calculate goal weight from body fat %:
    bodyweight*(1-[bodyfat%/100]) = lean mass
    So for you:
    goal bodyweight = 95.7/(1-[goal%/100])

This calculation would assume you maintain your lean mass, which will pretty much require a resistance training program of some sort.

    Good luck!

Edit: Calipers are regarded as the most accurate way to track body fat % at home. Measurements can be pretty flawed. Just today I confused the hell out of a calculator because my BMI is borderline overweight but my waist:hip and waist:height ratios are fine and my body fat % can vary between 21 and 28% depending on what measurement formula I use. The 23% I put above is based on at home calipers, which I'm still getting the hang of, so that could be wrong.

ya i am not sure... i don;'t want to be under 120 but i am not sure what BF% i should either. it's just nice to have that guideline that you know that say eg) 122 is the perfect weight for me if that is what it is. then it makes everything so much easier instead of guessing and making new goal after r goal... i am 35 and have a med build and am 5ft 2 inches....
