BF numbers.. what do they mean?

i went onto http://www.linear-software.com/online.html today and checked out my numbers. they showed
25.90% BF
32.38 lbs of BF and
92.62 lean body weight.. what does all that really mean? what should me lean body weight be more towards?

It means that you have 32.38lbs of fat and the rest of your body (bones, muscles, organs) weighs 92.62lbs. I'm not sure what other information you're looking for.0

well everyone says to lower the body fat number, but i have no idea what to lower it to? i don't know what a "good" number should be for me? i get that it says i have 32% bf on me, but is that good, too high, how much more should i bring it to, etc... i have no clue what a "good number is suppose to be at?0

You do NOT look like 32%. Low to mid 20s is good for a woman. I'd guess you are already there based on your picture. Lower is fine if you want a leaner more athletic look, but I think we are supposed to stay above 15% or so.0

You don't have 32% BF, your first post says you have 25.9% BF. Which is it?
As far as what's a good BF level, It's subjective. What do you want to look like?

i know the charts say i'm acceptable but i wanted to know what a good number was for the actual bf i have since i have 92lbs of me are lean... was wondering if that number should be over 100 or not.0
