Is 20 minutes of cardio enough for weightloss?
Hi everyone, Just wanting to know what your thoughts are on this. I do 20 minutes of cardio as well as some weights at my gym but i'm beginning to think that maybe this is not enough cardio for weightloss. I notice many people there are doing more. What do you think?

How accurate are the daily mfp daily nutrient requirements?
Do you think that the daily nutrient requirements set by MFP are accurate? What resource do they come from? I find that i'm getting to my fibre and sugars halfway through the day and all i had was porridge, skim latte and apple! Headaches and hunger at the start of your diet....
How do you deal with the mild headaches and hunger pangs that are often experienced at the start of a diet? I'm eating all of my calories and if i'm still hungry i'll eat a piece of fruit and water, i know i should just push along as it doesn't last but today unfortunately i gave in to it. Any thoughts?

Anyone know the true calorie count of a skim latte?
