How accurate are the daily mfp daily nutrient requirements?

Do you think that the daily nutrient requirements set by MFP are accurate?

What resource do they come from?

I find that i'm getting to my fibre and sugars halfway through the day and all i had was porridge, skim latte and apple!

Also for lunch i had a half a chicken breast/wrap and i'm already over in the protein department too....and 1/4 cup of greek yoghurt.

Do you pay much attention to these figures?
