How do you deal with the mild headaches and hunger pangs that are often experienced at the start of a diet?
I'm eating all of my calories and if i'm still hungry i'll eat a piece of fruit and water, i know i should just push along as it doesn't last but today unfortunately i gave in to it.
Any thoughts?

Make sure you're eating enough. A lot of people start out trying to lose 2 pounds per week and the drastic reduction in calories is often too much for the body to handle. Plus, if you've made significant changes to the foods you're eating you may be experiencing withdrawal symptoms from cutting out the junk. It's best to take it slow and make gradual changes.
Beyond that, I can't be of much help. When I started here I was undereating by a lot, so I had to get myself to eat 2-3 times what I was used to. I've never been hungry while trying to lose weight.0
