I just started a new topic about losing weight without exercising and it got me wondering if exercising makes you hungrier?
I'm finding that it does make me hungrier but i haven't exercised much in the last few weeks. I just eat a bit of extra fruit when this happens as i feel i definately need a bit extra when i execise.
What are your experiences?

yes, i find exercise does make me hungry.
when i first joined my current gym almost a year and a half ago, i use to get home by about 7pm each night, have dinner and then go to the gym abt an hour or so later. no matter how much i ate at dinner time, i was always starving after my workout. i later switched it around and started going to the gym straight from work, arriving at gym about 7pm and then have dinner about 8:30pm.0
