Wish I were a better runner
I just started a program and this week is 2 minute jog/2 minute walk five times. Barely make n it through the two minutes. I hope it gets better soon. Plus my goal is to one day run a 5K :) Any advice? because its only going to get harder.

Help...my hair is falling out and wont grow
I am getting worried it may be something serious. I take vitamins (Hair Skin & Nails specifically) and Omega 3. I read this was suppose to help. It has not. My hair has not grown an inch in at least the past 6 months (thats not normal as it use to grow unusually fast) and now I lose tons of hair every day. Any ideas?

I'm Baaaaaack
Been gone for several months but now I'm back n excited to do this. Ive lost 15 lbs and am now under 140. A weight I have not seen in years!! Doing P90X and loving it. I am stronger and happier. Ive also started teaching and that is helping my self-esteem too.

Cant make calorie goal today
Today is has been a rough day. Just dont feel like eating or working out. I know depression days are the ones where it is most important to exercise and eat right. But I dont think I am going to be able to. Did some homework, now back to bed. Anyone else ever feel this way?

HELP?!?!
MFP has my diet high in carbs and low in protein. I ate tuna and chicken today and am over on protein by 59!!! Isnt it better to have more of a balance? Should I adjust it or trust the program? What else can I eat to get my protein down?

cold chills during workout
I have not worked out in 2-3 years (awful for someone who use to spend 2-3 hours a day in the gym and love it). Today I did Jillian Michaels 30 day shred for the second day and got cold chills. Pretty sure I was close to blacking out. AND that was doing a modification of the modification. Hope it gets better soon!!
