Jillian Michaels killed me. I almost had to have hubby call 911. But I got thru it and am about to do day two workout. Will not let soreness keep me away because it will just happen again if i do. The 30 day meal plan (that is free with the 9.97 video!!!) is easy to follow and has many many different choices. So I am going to make this happen. Plus I took "before" pictures which disgusted me AND I got on the scale today (which I didnt do before starting this website, I only guessed) and I weigh 5 lbs more than I thought. Not too bad, but it adds 5 lbs that I have to lose. I want to be at goal weight by May 11th for my graduation and May 18th for my daughters wedding!! Refuse to still be fat in the pictures for these events!!!

    LOL - I honestly thought I was going to have to call 911 this afternoon too!

    I just did my 10th day of level 1 - Woo hoo! I actually started it on 11/17, I alternate with other workouts. The first day I thought I was going to die and could never do it. But I kept plugging that DVD in and cannot believe I have actually done it 10x.

    It will get slightly easier every time - don't quit - you will easily reach your goal.:smile:
