cold chills during workout

I have not worked out in 2-3 years (awful for someone who use to spend 2-3 hours a day in the gym and love it). Today I did Jillian Michaels 30 day shred for the second day and got cold chills. Pretty sure I was close to blacking out. AND that was doing a modification of the modification. Hope it gets better soon!!

I had that happen when I first started her workout. I kept water near by and use my cealing fan in the room.. that has helped me. Also I would stretch a little longer then her video does at the end while on the floor that helped too.0

Sounds like your not breathing correctly..myself I always inhale & exhale for a 4 count. Try this and see if it helps. Also.. Breath in through your nose then out with pursed lips through your mouth..kinda like child labor.0
