After a stressful week/week and a half, I am not able to eat. I have been way under on my calories for awhile now and cannot seem to bring them up. I am continuously under 1000 calories and since I cannot eat I am not exercising. I dont want to burn any if I cant even eat my minimum calories set at 1200. Plus, when I workout without enough "fuel" I get sick. Cannot afford any protein shakes right now. I have trouble eating when not hungry but at this time I am never hungry. Do not want to stop losing, especially since I just started diet in December, but am afraid I will if I continue to eat too little. :grumble:

How would you go drinking smoothies (minus the protein powder, just full cream milk and flavourings of your choice.....peanut butter and banana would probably give you big bang for buck)?

And or alternatively, drink some Ensure, not ideal, but better than nothing.

    Good luck

Smoothies might work, IF I can keep my daughter from making them and drinking them herself lol. They are her favorite and she usually uses up all the ingredients before I can get any lol.

Hehehe, you'll just have to buy extra milk and bananas :-D

I know a guy with very weird eating habits (eats very little, but when he does, it's always super high calorie, maccas, pizza, donut etc, skinny as too of course), sometimes he'll just have a Farmers Union Iced Coffee for breakfast. It wasn't until I started tracking that I realised a 600 ml carton is a solid meal calorie wise. When you can't eat, drink.

Ooh, you could go uber brave and start experimenting with green smoothies too).
