Working with my Fit Bit
So I have had my Fit bit for 3 weeks now. My average it tells me calories burned is around 1700-1800 Scooby tells me :) I'm 162 5"2 40 years old I work at a desk most of the time but I am trying as hard as I can to get 5000-7000 steps in a day via the FitBit BMR 1457 TDEE 2003 TDEE -15% 1702 So do I need to adjust anything?

How to plow thru a wall

sodium question
I hope this is not stupid question ;) I have my sodium set at 2500 If I am working out and need to eat more calories to make sure I am meeting my BMR.....does that mean it is okay for the sodium intake to go over 2500? Or should I still try to keep it below that?

but while you are doing EM2WL....do you pay attention to MFP when it tells you....you will weight such in such in 5 weeks? The more I try to eat my calories the less it says I am going to lose and wasn't sure if I was doing something wrong?

My TDEE is 2015 - 15% = 1713 so this is what I need to change my MFP goal to? BMR is 1472. so I need to eat up to 1713 a day? and if I work out that day and burn more than 242 calories I need to eat the difference? Just trying to wrap my brain around all this before I start
