What do you drink in the morning? Feeling no energy!
This is wether I lose weight or not, but I feel weak and tired after a few hours, I normally have squash as juice but tried coffee and its Doing the same, if not worse. What's best to drink?

How to log boxercise?
i just did an hour of boxercise, this was probably about 10 mins of running, half hour of boxing with pads, and then circuits, maybe a bit different on the timings, until I get a heart rate monitor I don't know how to log it, what do you think could be the closest exercise to it on the mfp list? X

Is it worth buying running trainers to go walking in?
I don't have any trainers so is it worth buying a pair of running trainers to go walking in? I'm not that fit to run so I will plan on doing walks when I get time, but it may only be once a week sometimes, the only trainers I like are about £50? What would you do?

How to start jogging?

what should my heart rate be when on my exercise bike?
it goes up to 130s when i am really trying hard, but when i am doing a not so difficult level i still have a higher heart rate but only at 115ish is this right?

How important is it to hold handles on exercise bike?
I find it really uncomfy and prefer to not hold on the handles and sit up straight and cycle is it ok to do this or will I not burn as much etc?

My fitness walkers screen says less calories than here!
I have got a Nordic air walker, and it says it's elliptical! I hope it is! I did 6 minutes ( I had only just put it together) and it said 46 calories, but myfitnesspal said 59! Which one do I go with! Or do I enter it as something else? Thanks x
