do you think it'll be ok to go? Will it make it worse or better? I've taken paracetamol, ibuprofen and it hasn't gone. Currently sitting with a flannel on my head but it's not doing much.

Only you know how bad the headache is. Some headaches I can exercise through; some will just make me nauseous if I work out. Maybe do a quick set warmup set of pushups or something to get your heart rate up, and if you don't feel any worse, then go for it.

If it hasn't gone after those painkillers then I would take a night off. No point making yourself more sick/tired/dehydrated. Hope you feel better soon.

I'd try to tough it out. Maybe working up a good sweat will make you feel better.
Breaking an exercise routine 'just this one time' can lead to falling off the bandwagon pretty quick.
