Time for Next Phase of Fitness
So, I've nearly completed "Phase 1" of living fit - only 2.5 pounds shy of losing 50 pounds. It's a mental thing, but I want to hit exactly 50 before I start Phase 2 - losing another 50 and toning/cutting my body. I'm looking around for the right plan to follow to help me achieve that. Any suggestions?

Low-cal, low-sodium condiment??
I've been putting 2 teaspoons of dijon mustard on my turkey sandwiches because I like the taste and it is low-calorie. Then today, I noticed the sodium content! 2 TEASPOONS has 240 mg sodium!!!! That's CRAZY!!! Anybody know of a healthier option? What condiments do you use on sandwiches?
