So, I've nearly completed "Phase 1" of living fit - only 2.5 pounds shy of losing 50 pounds.
It's a mental thing, but I want to hit exactly 50 before I start Phase 2 - losing another 50 and toning/cutting my body.
I'm looking around for the right plan to follow to help me achieve that.
Any suggestions?

"Body for Life" by Bill Phillips...don't like the nutrition part of the book, but the exercise program produces fantastic results pretty quickly (and I've done a LOT of different workouts over the years). The Before & After photos of regular people in the book will also inspire you.
