Ok, I'm am SO down on myself right now and am trying to learn from my very big mistake this evening. I had a great day, nutrition-wise, and then had a good, hard workout that I was very proud of.

It was a busy day for the whole family, and they asked me to pick up pizza on the way home. I did. By the time I got home, I was absolutely starving - to the point of nauseousness - and just wolfed down FOUR pieces of pizza. I haven't even EATEN pizza in weeks! I was going to make myself a salad for dinner - what the?!

What is with my STUPID BRAIN??!!

Besides the handful of other mistakes I made, I think I need to figure out a good post-workout snack or drink. This isn't the first time I've been crazy hungry after a workout, but this is the worst screwup I've made since I started getting on the road to good health.

Suggestions? PLEASE post! In the meantime, I'll be out back kicking myself in the *kitten*...
