Hello everyone! I'm brand new to MFP. Just discovered it two days ago and can't get enough of it! For the first time in a very long time, I feel like I could be successful in my quest to better manage my weight and improve my health! Question: I often see people refer to "stones" in their comments, (i.e., "I lost 2 stones.") What is a "stone"??
