I've been putting 2 teaspoons of dijon mustard on my turkey sandwiches because I like the taste and it is low-calorie. Then today, I noticed the sodium content! 2 TEASPOONS has 240 mg sodium!!!! That's CRAZY!!!
Anybody know of a healthier option? What condiments do you use on sandwiches?

Lately I have been using hummus. Easy to make yourself to lower sodium and really good!0

I noticed the same thing and decided to drop the condiments. I did find ketchup that has no salt in it which is really good other then that I put avacado in my sandwiches.0
