Needs Motivation
Help. I'm really struggling to motivate myself. I went on holiday last May and in June and in July and since May I've trained maximum five times. In that time I've gone from 154lb to 158.5lb which doesn't seem a lot but its creeping on nonetheless. I guess putting on 4.5lb in 8 months says I'm not exactly eating too badly…

20-30 minutes a day.
Quick questions. Is it worth it if I can only fit in 20-30 minutes on the cross trainer per day? Will I get results? Alternative is I can do 2 minutes walking, 1 minute sprinting on the treadmill for 7 repetitions. I ask because I have to give the weights a rest as I hurt my arm so am just doing cardio for a few weeks.…

OK, short and sweet. I do 4 supersets 3 tiems a week. What are normal effects during and after. Should I be sweating during, should I ache next morning. At the moment I dont sweat and dont ache next day. Not sure my weight is heavy enough.

Hi. On days that I lift weights in a bid to build some muscle should I be eating more calories. My bmr is 2000, my daily goal is 1500 but what should I be doing on weights programme days? I've read bits where people eat loads and loads when trying to increase muscle mass.

Eating Exercise Calories
Can someone clarify what this means please? Say my maintenance is 2000 and to lose a lb a week I cut to 1500 does eating exercise calories mean I take in 2000 on days I'm exercising then burn the 500 off in the gym?
