Hi
I'm currently a 34" waist. Can anyone give me some sort of guidance as to what amount of weight I'd need to lose to get to a 32".
I'm currently 11st 4, down from 11st 9
Thanks
D

no one can tell you that. different people lose weight from different places. it's completely based on YOUR body type.0

It's true. I had to lose about 30 pounds before I finally started losing inches from my waist, it was definitely frustrating because it's the place I want changes the most. I went from about 41 at my highest weight (200 lbs) and I am now at 35, only down 6 in 50 pounds, but I've lost a considerable amount of inches from other places. It seems like my tummy is finally deciding to disappear though, I lost a whole inch just since last week!0

Was just wondering about other peoples experiences to get some kind of guage.
Its just that I've gone out and bought some size 32" shorts for my holiday in May
I do cardio twice a week and weights twice a week so fingers crossed I can shift a couple of inches0
