Needs Motivation

Help. I'm really struggling to motivate myself. I went on holiday last May and in June and in July and since May I've trained maximum five times.

In that time I've gone from 154lb to 158.5lb which doesn't seem a lot but its creeping on nonetheless. I guess putting on 4.5lb in 8 months says I'm not exactly eating too badly but I need to get back on it.

I think if I can get back training that's the key but the cold weather here just makes me wanna go home and watch tv.

How do you motivate yourself? Im thinking of starting the 30 day shred and completing it this time just to get me kick started.
