So just washed my car, and I was wondering how many calories I most likely burned. I gave it a good wash so it took me like 20/25 mins. Its brutally hot outside as well, so it made it ever harder. Suprised weigh in?????
So I was really suprised today when I got on the scale. I lost 3 pounds in the last week which was really suprising because I was only thinking I was going to see 1pound at the most! Now I just have to keep losing and keep it off! Anyone else suprised/scared when they went to look at the scale on their weekly weigh in?
