Who is with me for Increasing the workout! :)

So who is with my for increasing their workout this week!??? I am trying to increase my workout by running an extra 1/2 mile! ( i was previosuly walking 2 1/2 miles in 30 min). Now I want to run that 1/2 mile and walk the rest and gradually increase so I will be running the 2 1/2 miles in 3 weeks! SOOOO any takers! Thumbs up for doing increasing your workouts this week and moving your bootayyyy! :)

    I am also running 2.5 miles without stopping and would like to add 1/2 mile. I'll be checking in!
