INSANITY
Has anybody completed Insanity? (If so, I'd love to see progress pictures/before and afters!) Also, I'm thinking of starting Insanity, but would I do it on top of exercising at the gym or in place of it?

Lately I've been going over on my sugar limit, but it's mostly from fruits. Is natural sugar okay to eat? Or should I be watching that, too?

30 Day Shred!!
I did the 30 Day Shred once about two weeks ago, and then forgot all about it. Couldn't find the motivation to continue, I guess. Large frame!
What are some examples of healthy/fit celebrities with a large frame? I'm a large frame and without any examples I keep getting discouraged because I feel like I'll still be too big even when I'm finally healthy.

Strength training and cardio?
Hi! I'm just a little bit confused and I've heard different things from different people. At the gym, in what order should I be doing strength and cardio? Some people have told me doing strength first creates more muscle so you burn more calories overall when doing the cardio afterwards.

BMR is high?
My BMR is about 1600 calories and for the past month I've been eating only about 1300 or 1400 daily. But this has been working for me...so should I keep it up like this, or increase my caloric intake?

How do you eat your cottage cheese?
I'm getting bored of eating cottage cheese plain. Does anybody have any suggestions on something to make with it or mix into it? How do you like it?

Stretch marks?
I know they'll never fully go away, but is there anything I can do to make them fade? I've heard Vitamin E oil and cocoa butter can help but I haven't tried them. Thoughts?

Saving calories?
Is it okay to save calories from breakfast and lunch if you know you're going to be eating a big dinner? Not skip them completely, but just eat less than usual?

Same breakfast every day?
Someone told me eating the same breakfast every morning isn't good for you. Should I switch it up with more variety or can I continue eating my toast and eggs?

Easy breakfast ideas?
I always have trouble finding something healthy to eat in the morning before school. I don't have much time to prepare anything, so does anybody have any quick but healthy suggestions for breakfast? :)
