What are some great exercises to build muscle? I can't get to the gym today!

Push- ups, any type of crunches, couch dips, jumping jacks.

If you have an IPhone, Ipod or whatever, I recommend "Body Fitness" app. It has over 1700 exercises, it's free, and you can choose the part of your focus you would like. I found it extremely helpful for when I don't have time for a full workout and only partials to get ideas on single exercises too0

If you have an iPhone, I HIGHLY recommend Nike Training Club (it's FREE)! Lots of exercises from professional female athletes, and some you do not need equipment.
But I'm warning you - if you do it as you are supposed to, it will KICK YOUR *kitten* lmao. I am ALWAYS sore after these workouts, but I can't get enough of them. I've noticed a difference between using NTC and weights at the gym. Sexy body baby lol0
