What is the best way to estimate calories burned walking? Fitbit, MFP, MMW, etc?
I checked on MFP the calories burned and it seemed a little low, then MMW (MapMyWalk) seemed a tiny bit high and so I checked my FitBit and it said double MFP! Mini Non-Scale Victory! :D
10,000+ steps on my FitBit YAY! I usually hit a little over 3,000 and am considered sedentary, but I made it my goal to clean a little more, take a few extra steps, do squats before I shower and to try to exercise for a little while today. It helped a lot! :) It says my calories burned are over 2,800 ^_^ Woohoo!

Ways to eat almond butter without bread?
