Your exercise routines- females 5'5 & 140 lbs
Curious as to other women who are around my size, what your exercise routines are? I generally run on the treadmill a couple times a week and do general weight training circuits. running HIIT

I personally enjoy the challenge. When someone peeks at my speed to see how fast I'm going, or my incline, it spurs me on to go harder and faster. OMG I'm a bread-aholic.
I've always thought my vices were sweets and desserts. No - it's BREAD. OMG. Any kind of bread. Thankfully I like wheat the best, but I can just tear through (non-sliced) loaf of bread in a minute and eat it. It is the most delicious stuff. :( I wish it were something else. Yeesh! Stay away from the holiday pecans!
ACK! My office just had some roasted pecans delivered from a vendor. I grabbed a handful (without looking on here first, oops!) and I think that one handful was half of my calories for the day! Yikes! To the gym I go at lunchtime. Wow.

Heart Rate during workouts
What is your average heart rate during workouts? Mine is usually 145ish. I'd like to bump it up a little more to 155ish, but I don't want to be running around like a crazy woman.
